2022 isn’t far away. We have much to achieve by then, which is where our Better Tomorrow Strategy comes in.
Baume is aimed to protect the environment, the future and the human being, based on two pillars: Mindfulness and Collective Intelligence.
Mindfulness is reflected in everything we do.
We’re continuously searching, developing and engaging with new ways to reduce environmental impact while ensuring that the final product fulfills luxury’s utmost standards of quality and craftsmanship.
Our products are the result of an innovative supply chain and we work constantly to minimize waste. We have implemented the use of materials that are recycled and recyclable and we don’t use any animal skins, conflict minerals, or, precious materials.
Mindfulness is also reflected in the way we treat our employees and for us, it’s important to ensure their well-being and a fair wage.
We are working towards a paperless world but we can’t get there overnight. When we do use paper we ensure that it is coming from recycled sources or it's FSC-Certified.
Mindfulness is to collaborate with our partners and that’s why we have created the Employee Volunteer Program that allows our employees to work with our NGO partners.
Baume believes in the power of open innovation and collaboration and one of our goals is to contribute with initiatives that share our same values and push the boundaries while respecting the environment. We will start this year by sponsoring a Student Project from the Material Futures MA Course at Central Saint Martins that will enable us to develop materials and technologies that respect the planet. Can I Know More Details About Your Products?

Each of our products are the result of the implementation of innovative techniques in the supply chain that allow us to protect and work with the environment as well as ensuring that the quality meets the standards of luxury. The use of recycled and upcycled materials is part of our mission to bring the principles of circular economy to our manufacturing process.

Our products don’t have any hazardous substances and fulfill the requirements of REACH Regulation. The materials we use are: cork, cotton, linen, Alcantara and recycled polyester that comes from PET. One important part of our job is to constantly research and test new materials to make our products more environmentally friendly because as we say, we are not perfect, but we know this is a great start and we can always improve ourselves every day.

Our Iconic Edition has a recycled aluminum case and our Custom Timepieces Series have a stainless steel case, of the highest quality.

What Are the Collaborations That Baume Currently Has?

As we say, we have too much to achieve and we can't do this by ourselves. We want to raise awareness about environmental topics and the only way to have a great impact is by collaborating with others. We're committed to search for partners that share our same values and work together towards the same ideal. This year we are collaborating with an NGO called “Waste Free Ocean” that collects and transforms floating ocean plastic into recycling raw material that can be used for sustainable products. How Can I Make an Extra Donation?

By purchasing a Baume watch, you already do! 2% of the purchase price of every watch is donated to our partners. If you wish to make an extra donation to contribute to our causes, please refer directly to our partners' websites.

What Is the Impact of Your Logistics and What Are You Doing to Reduce It?

Like most companies in the retail sector, over 90% of our total CO2 emissions come from our indirect upstream and downstream activities such as suppliers and logistics. In order to optimize these flows, we have already started discussions to implement the best solutions such as moving our quality control out of Switzerland to be closer to assembly.

What Kind of Volunteering Program Do You Have in Place?

Our team is passionate about helping others, which is why we started our Employee Volunteer Programe. Baume team members may spend several days a year working with our NGO partners, where each individual's skills are matched to the NGO's needs. An example of our mutual collaboration is that, this year, our creative team redesigned the logo for Waste Free Oceans.

What Are You Doing to Reduce Your Impact?

To fulfill our mission of designing mindfully for a better tomorrow, we're committed to working with NGOs (non-government organizations) such as WFO (Waste Free Oceans). WFO builds partnerships with local communities and fishermen to ensure that waste is collected from oceans, rivers and beaches. In turn, the ocean plastic will be transformed into fabrics that enable Baume to create a modern and recycled product - while, at the same time, helping us to do our part in cleaning the oceans. Because the impact of our business is so important, we work with carbon credit professionals, South Pole Group, to offset any emissions we can't reduce - from product manufacturing to employee travel. With every watch sold, we support an organization that contributes to a better tomorrow for generations to come, and also support "Life Below Water" (14th United Nations Global Goals) by sourcing materials from ocean plastic.

How Do I Know My Size ?

Depending on your personal taste, you may prefer the look of a larger or a smaller watch. In Baume watches, there is a subtle distinction to consider. The 41mm display has more pixels, and text appears slightly larger than in the 35mm display. We recommend you to measure your wrist to ensure your Baume fits you.

What Are the Principal Watch Functions and Complications ?

MOONPHASE
Watches with a moon-phase complication display the cycles of the moon on their dial (first quarter, full moon…). Moon phases are generally displayed using a moving disk which makes one rotation every lunar month (29 and one half day).

RETROGRADE DISPLAY
A display is considered retrograde when one of the hands (the retrograde hand) moves backward after having reached its final mark.

SMALL SECOND
In a watch with small second, the second hand is placed in a sub dial on the watch dial.

CALENDAR
The calendar is the term used to describe a watch that indicates:
The date (manual date adjustment for each month of less than 31 days)
The day of the week
The month of the year

General Information on Automatic Watches

WATCH PRECISION
An automatic movement is a complex assembly of gears, gear trains and other components often not much bigger than a single strand of hair. A watch’s precision is determined by the spiral balance wheel, the heart of the watch, which regulates the rate of time through its oscillations. Oscillation frequency varies depending on the model and can be anywhere between 3 and 4 hz, it is therefore important to bear in mind that, despite the great care taken in assembling your watch and its movement, it is nevertheless not as precise as a quartz watch, with an oscillation of 32,000 hz. Further, rate variations may still occur, caused by a variety of factors, including impact, the aging of the oils, significant temperature fluctuations, magnetic fields and wearer activity. In general, your watch time may vary by 1 to 2 minutes per week.

SELF-WINDING MECHANICAL WATCH
A watch equipped with an automatic winding mechanism automatically winds itself throughout the day as you move your wrist.
Because of this, the watchband must be correctly fitted to the wearer’s wrist. If the watchband is too loose, the watch may not wind itself correctly. For optimal winding, wear your watch daily.
If you have not worn your watch for more than 40 hours, you must wind it manually by turning the crown in Position.

General Information on Quartz Watches

A quartz watch is powered by a battery which lasts 40 months.
To increase the battery life, you can stop your quartz watch if you don't plan to wear it for a few days.

COLLECTION AND TREATMENT OF END OF LIFE QUARTZ WATCHES*
Quartz watches contain a battery as well as other electronic components. When your watch is serviced, your Baume Customer Center will take care of storing and disposing of these components in compliance with current laws.


This symbol indicates that this product should not be disposed with household waste. It has to be returned to a local authorized collection system. By following this procedure you will contribute to the protection of the environment and human health. The recycling of the materials will help to conserve natural resources.
*Valid in EU member states and in any countries with corresponding legislation.

Note: All batteries used in Baume watches are mercury-free.

PRECISION OF A QUARTZ WATCH
Quartz watches are extremely precise. This is due to the high frequency of their vibrations (32 kHz). Their precision (fast or slow) deviates by approximately 1 minute per year.

How Can I Ensure My Baume Lasts a Long Time and Remains in Good Condition?

Quality is key to Baume. Each component of our watches has been tested before the assembly process and once this is done, we perform complementary tests , such as traction, sun test, water test, aging test, etc., to ensure it meets our quality standards.

Are Baume Batteries Mercury Free?

Baume batteries are mercury and lithium free.

Is There Any Possibility of a Nickel Allergy When Wearing a Baume?

According to the laboratory where we test our products, it is estimated that 10 to 20% of women and 1-3 % of men suffer from a nickel contact allergy. It is not the presence of nickel that causes the allergy, but the nickel salts forming under the effect of sweat in contact with an item (watch). Baume watches respect all the current regulations concerning the components and the products used for their production. This is part of the European REACH chemical compliance regulation – alongside other hazardous chemicals.

All of our products are available for purchase via the Baume website or Customer Contact Center, as well as in our pop-up stores that will be located in cities across the globe. How Many Products Can I Purchase in One Order?

You can purchase a maximum of 5 automatic watches, 5 quartz watches and 5 straps in one order.

How Will I Know My Order Has Been Placed?

Once you have successfully placed your order, you will receive an order acknowledgement e-mail. We will then initiate the assembly of the product and once it is ready, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been shipped.

How Will My Order Be Packaged?

Baume wants to protect the environment and therefore, minimizes the amount of packaging used. We've carefully designed our product boxes to avoid secondary packaging, meaning less waste. Any cardboard and paper used is FSC-Mix certified, which uses recycled materials and guarantees the responsible management of the world's forests. Due to its small size and the materials of which it is composed, this packaging uses less fuel to reach you – and can easily be re-used or recycled.

Can I Save a Product for Later?

If you have an account with us, you will be able to save a product through the “Add to Wishlist/Save Item” button. To access it later, please click on My Account -> My Wishlist.

Is Shopping Online with You Secure?

Yes, all data and payment information submitted through our e-Boutique is safely secured by SSL encryption (https). We do not retain your payment information, including credit card numbers or PayPal account details.

How Long Can I Keep My Products in My Bag?

The articles added to your cart will be remained for a period of 6 months for registered customers. If a customer is not registered, the articles will be removed after a week. Please keep in mind that the availability of your articles will depend on the stock.

How Can I Create and Access My Wishlist?

To create a wishlist, please first create an account. Your wishlist will automatically appear in your menu.

If a Watch or Strap Is out of Stock, Can I Be Notified When It Becomes Available?

Can I Select the Currency I Pay In?

This is not possible, payments must be made in the currency of the delivery country.

Is My Payment Secure ?

Baume is committed to ensure the highest level of security and protection against fraud. We use one of the most secure Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard, the PCC DSS v3.2, to protect your credit card information, contact details and shipping/billing information from interception of outside parties.

Is It Possible to Charge a Single Order to Multiple Cards?

Orders must be paid in full using a single payment method.

When Will I Be Charged for My Order?

It depends on the payment method chosen: for credit cards and Klarna Invoice payment methods, you will be charged at the time of shipment; for PayPal, Sofort Überweisung, iDeal and Bancontact online banking payment methods, you will be charged when the order is placed.

May I Change the Payment Method After Placing My Order?

Once an order is placed, it is not possible to change the payment method.

Why Was My Credit Card or Other Payment Method Declined at Checkout?

There can be different reasons why your credit card was declined at checkout or your payment didn't go through. We strongly recommend to contact your issuing bank or payment provider if you have problems with your card but before doing so, please ensure that (1) you have correctly entered the card details, for instance, check that you have selected the right card type; (2) the 3 or 4 digit security number is correct; (3) your credit card has not expired.

I Was Debited in a Different Currency to the One I Used in the Checkout?

All the payment methods use the same settlement currency as the one displayed on the website. On the contrary, PayPal will always deduct the amount in euro.

What Are the Delivery Methods, Lead-Times and Costs?

From reception of the order, we normally assemble your Baume within 10 days due to our customizable offering. Please consider the shipping lead time from 2 to 5 days.

Can I Have My Order Delivered to a Collection Point or Po Box Address?

We do not ship to certain addresses, such as military, certain restricted areas, pick-up points or P.O. boxes.

How Can I Track the Status of My Order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a tracking number via email.

What Happens If I am Not There When Delivery Is Attempted?

If you are not present when the carrier attempts delivery, they will contact you to arrange a new delivery. Moreover, when the carrier informs you of delivery arrangements and this is not convenient for you, you may also contact them to arrange an alternative delivery. However as rules vary for each country, we are unfortunately not able to give you a generic statement.

Can I Change My Delivery Address?

Once you have received the order acknowledgement email, unfortunately no further changes can be made.

How Do I Add an Address to My Address Book?

If you have a registered account with us, please log in and click on the section "My Addresses" to add or edit your address book.

Are Taxes and Duties Included in Your Prices ?

If VAT is applicable in the delivery country, it will be displayed in the checkout or mentioned as paid. If duties and other taxes are applicable, it will be displayed as paid or unpaid depending on your delivery country.

Is My Package Insured and Do I Need to Sign for My Order?

Yes, your package is insured during transit until arrival at your designated delivery address. A signature is required upon receipt.

May I Ship My Order to Multiple Addresses?

Unfortunately, we can only ship your order to one location. If you wish to ship to more than one address, you'll need to place a separate order for each delivery address.

I Am Missing a Product from My Order, What Should I Do?

Before signing your package at reception, please verify that your order is complete with the correct items. For any issue, please reach out to Baume's Customer Contact Center.

Cancellation, Modification, Return or Exchange

Can I Change, Cancel or Modify My Order Once It Has Been Placed?

You can't change or modify your order once it has been placed. If you want to cancel your order, please reach out to Baume's Customer Contact Center before receiving shipping confirmation.

How Do I Return My Order?

You can make a return request within 30 days from shipping. Please reach out to Baume's customer contact center to receive your return label via email. You may then print out the return label which is provided to you in this email and affix it to your parcel. If you live in a Non-EU country you will receive a separate email with return label and Commercial invoice from our logistic partner to be affixed to your parcel. You will be contacted by our logistic partner on how to return your parcel. Note that once you have requested a return you have 14 days to return the products.

What Are the Conditions to Return a Product?

All returns are subject to a quality control once received in our warehouse. Refund will take place only if the quality control is successful. Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, and the original packaging included.

Can I Track the Status of My Return Order?

Once you send us back the package, you may track your return via the tracking number provided by the Carrier. In order to do this, you must enter the return tracking number in the Carrier's website. We advize you to keep your receipt until the return confirmation is received by email.

Do I Pay the Return Shipping Costs?

The shipping for returning watches is free of charge, however the return of a strap is at your own expense.

How Can I Get a Refund?

Once your order has been received and reviewed to ensure the return conditions are met, we will proceed with the refund via the original payment method.

How Long Does It Take to Process My Refund?

Usually a refund is processed within 5 working days, however, it can depend on your bank services.

How Can I Exchange a Product?

We do not provide exchange of a product, if you wish to change your product, please go through the return process and place a new order.

After-Sale Services

Do You Offer Repair Services and Battery Replacement?

Yes, we offer repair services and battery replacement for our watches. To benefit from these after-sale services, please reach out to the Baume's Customer Contact Center by email or by phone and send them some pictures to evaluate the level of damage of the watch and the address where you want to receive the repaired watch.
After approbation by the BAUME’s Customer Contact Center you can send your watch to the following address, please be aware that you will have to pay for the shipping. You can send to the BAUME’s Customer Contact Center you banking details and the invoice of the shipping to get a refund.

How Long Does It Take to Repair a Baume?

As each service request is considered independently, you will be informed on the estimated repair time once your watch has been physically examined.

Can I Track the Status of My Repair?

How Should I Maintain My Watch?

We recommend maintenance every 2-3 years with a complete service every 4-5 years. For further detail, please kindly reach out to the Baume's Customer Contact Center.

Where Can I Purchase Baume Products?

Baume is sold mainly online to make your customization journey a unique experience. You can order your Baume from anywhere in the world. We will also sell our watches through selected pop-up stores in cities across the globe. Sign up to our newsletter to get the latest news and be informed each time we open a new pop-up store.

Do All Products Have a Warranty?

The watches have a 2 years warranty however this does not include the straps, either purchased on the watch or separately.

Do You Offer a Certificate of Authenticity?

Yes, all watches come with a unique, non-reproductible warranty card which serves as a Certificate of Authenticity.

Can I Report Counterfeits?

To report potentially counterfeit goods, please kindly reach out to the Baume's Customer Contact Center.

International Warranty

Conditions

The following Baume (International) warranty applies to Baume watches sold or presented for warranty service in any country.

WHAT THE Baume (INTERNATIONAL) WARRANTY COVERS AND FOR HOW LONG
Your watch has been made according to the strict quality standards of Baume and with all the care of highly qualified watchmakers. Nevertheless, the watch is covered by this Baume (International) Warranty against defects in manufacturing and materials. Please reach out to Baume's Customer Contact Center, as per the numbers listed in the CONTACT section, who will provide warranty service as defined herein. Baume warrants its watches against defects in materials and manufacturing for a period of two (2) years from the date of delivery (the “Warranty period”). If the product is returned during the Warranty period, Baume will repair or replace any defective watch part free of charge within a reasonable time after the product is returned, subject to the right to charge for shipping costs. Upon expiration of the Warranty period, any repairs will be subject to a service charge.

You may obtain service by sending your watch to Baume's Customer Contact Center as further indicated below . You may then print out the return label which is provided to you in this email and affix it to your parcel. If you live in a Non-EU country you will receive a separate email with return label and Commercial invoice from our logistic partner to be affixed to your parcel. You will be contacted by our logistic partner on how to return your parcel. In order to obtain service through this Baume (International) Warranty, the watch must be accompanied by the original warranty card that was included with the watch at delivery mentioning the serial number of the watch, and the stamp of Baume.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED UNDER THE BAUME (INTERNATIONAL) WARRANTY
The Baume (International) Warranty does not cover:
a. Defects and damage due to loss, theft or fire or other causes beyond our control;
b. Defects and damage resulting from misuse or negligence or accident;
c. Defects and damage caused by improper use (knocks, dents, crushing to the case or crystal, etc.), alterations, tampering, dismantling or services and repairs completed by anyone else than Baume's Customer Contact Center, or by the use of components other than those recommended by Baume;
d. Defects and damage due to fair wear and tear;
e. Fair wear and tear of straps;
f. Watches where the serial number originally imprinted on the watch case is removed or not clearly legible, or where any part of the original watch back or any original number has been removed, changed, altered, replaced, erased or defaced; eg. Routine maintenance and cleaning.

Your Baume watch is covered by a 2 year international warranty which is automatically activated.

Is the Strap Cover by the Warranty?

The straps are not covered by the warranty.

Recommandations and Care of Your Watch

General Recommandations

Your Baume watch was both designed and manufactured with great care. It contains a great number of very delicate components, which is why we encourage you to be careful, avoid any impact to the watch, avoid any erroneous adjustments, and protect it from impact and extreme temperature variations. Furthermore, a watch is something rare in that it works continuously, 24 hours a day.

How Can I Clean My Straps?

All our straps can be gently cleaned using a soft brush, tooth brush for example, and hand soap.

Baume's Customer Service Center

Baume watches are maintained by an After-Sales Service Center which meet the highest quality requirements of watchmaking.
Approved through a demanding selection process, only Baume's workshop is authorized to perform service on your watch.
These center undergo regular training provided by the brand, thus guaranteeing an irreproachable service quality by using specially- designed tools meant for repairing Baume watches and by replacing worn parts with original components. Furthermore, tests are conducted using up-to-date and reliable quality controls.
Any repair work not carried out by the Baume After-Sales Service Center will not be covered by the Baume warranty. Also excluded from warranty coverage are watches not containing original Baume parts.

Quartz Watch

Certain models in the Baume collection are equipped with quartz movements. The service life of the battery is theoretically 40 months. You should never leave an exhausted battery inside the watch because as it becomes degraded it may damage the movement.
Important: We recommend that you have the battery of your watch changed by an authorized Baume service center. A battery change is generally combined with checking the operation of the movement and with changing the water-resistance seal in the case back.

User Instructions for Quartz Watches

This guide explains all the functions available for the different Baume quartz watches.
Warning: To avoid damaging the movement, it is vital not make any rapid date changes Between 9 p.m. and 2 a.m., since this is when the movement pinions are gearing up for the automatic date change.
Please note that for months with less than 31 days, the date must be changed manually at the end of the month.

To help you setting your watch we have defined the following position:
Position 0: the crown is pushed to its maximum
Position 1: the crown is pulled at the first step or click
Position 2: the crown is pulled at the second step or click

INITIAL PRE-SETTING STAGE FOR ALL QUARTZ WATCHES
1. Pull the crown to Position 2, the seconds hand will stop moving.
2. Turn the crown to advance the hands clockwise until the date change (between 11pm and 5am depending on the model).
3. Continue to turn the crown to set the hands to 5, means you are at 5 a.m.

SETTING YOUR SMALL SECOND BAUME WATCH
Setting the date
1. Pull the crown in Position 1. The second hand will stop moving.
2. Turn the crown counter-clockwise to adjust the desired date, please note that the date will change between 11 p.m. and midnight

Setting the time
3. Pull the crown in Position 2.
4. Turn it clockwise until the watch hands are positioned at the desired time.
5. Reset the crown Position 0.


SETTING YOUR RETROGRADE BAUME WATCH
To set your watch, please perform these steps in the following order:
Setting the day of the week
1. Pull the crown to Position 1.
2. Turn the crown clockwise to adjust the desired day of the week.
3. Pull the crown to Position 2 and turn the crown clockwise to position the hands at 5 a.m.

SETTING YOUR MOONPHASE BAUME WATCH
To adjust your watch, please respect the following steps in this specific order:

Setting the day of the week
The setting of the day of the week on this watch does not have rapid correction, and thus is accomplished using the time- setting.
1. Pull the crown to Position 2, the hands will stop moving.
2. Turn the crown clockwise, the day will change at midnight. Keep turning the crown to adjust at the desired say of the week, please note that the day will change between midnight and 5 a.m.

Setting the time
3. Once the day of the week is displayed, keep turning the crown clockwise in Position 2 to adjust the desired time.

Date change
4. Push the crown to Position 1.
5. Turn the crown counter-clockwise to adjust the desired date, please note that the date will change between midnight and 5 a.m.

Setting the moon
6. Keep the crown to Position 1.
7. Turn the crown clockwise to rotate the moon-phase disc of by jumps until the full moon appears in the center of the aperture.
8. Continue turning the crown in order to bring about as many jumps as there are days passed since the last full moon (consult a calendar).
9. Reset the crown Position 0.

Automatic Watch

An automatic movement is a complex assembly of gears, gear trains and other components often not much bigger than a single strand of hair. A watch’s precision is determined by the spiral balance wheel, the heart of the watch, which regulates the rate of time through its oscillations. Oscillation frequency can be anywhere between 3 and 4 hz, it is therefore important to bear in mind that, despite the great care taken in assembling your watch and its movement, it is nevertheless not as precise as a quartz watch, with an oscillation of 32,000 hz. Further, rate variations may still occur, caused by a variety of factors, including impact, the aging of the oils, significant temperature fluctuations, magnetic fields and wearer activity.
In general, your watch time may vary by 1 to 2 minutes per week.

User Instructions for Automatic Watches

SELF-WINDING MECHANICAL WATCH
A watch equipped with an automatic winding mechanism automatically winds itself throughout the day as you move your wrist.
Because of this, the watchband must be correctly fitted to the wearer’s wrist. If the watchband is too loose, the watch may not wind itself correctly. For optimal winding, wear your watch daily.
If you have not worn your watch for more than 40 hours, you must wind it manually by turning the crown in Position.

Please note that once you have finished adjusting your watch, press lightly on the crown while turning gently clockwise, tightening it down again until you feel some resistance. If the crown is not correctly screwed-down, your watch may no longer be completely water-resistant.

Metal Case

To preserve the brilliance of your watch, if necessary, we recommend you brush it gently using a soft brush (a soft toothbrush, for example) and warm soapy water. When you have finished, rinse it carefully with fresh water and dry it with a soft cloth. The same cleaning is recommended after swimming with your watch in the ocean or a swimming pool. Before cleaning your watch, make certain that the crown is tightly closed (pressed or screwed-down, depending on the model).

Water Resistance

Baume watches are water-resistant up to 30 meters.
Please be aware that Baume watches are not sports watches. You can wash your hands without worry but, due to the materials used for the straps, you should avoid taking a bath or shower, swim or do any water sport with your watch.
When a watch is water-resistant its movement is protected from dust, humidity and any risk of damage caused by immersion. As such, your watch is water-resistant in all usual circumstances of daily life. However, you should avoid subjecting your watch to high pressure water jets (such as those produced by car or garden cleaning appliances, for example) and also protect it from knocks that may occur during the practice of intense water sports (jet ski, …).

The water-resistance of a watch comes from its joints. Because these joints are exposed to different types of external stress (cosmetics, perspiration, temperature changes), your watch may become less water-resistant with time.
Warning: When your watch is submerged in water, do not pull on the crown to adjust the date, the hour or any other function because water may enter the case.
If you notice any condensation inside your watch, you must immediately reach out Baume's Customer Contact Center.

Temperature

Do not expose your watch to extreme temperatures (above 60'C/140F, or below 0'C/32F). This exposure can reduce the service life of the battery and affect the liquidity/viscosity of the lubricants. Both mechanical and quartz watches are sensitive to severe changes in temperature. Avoid them as much as possible.

Magnetism

Placing your watch near electronic devices that can generate magnetic fields may affect its performance. The effect on a quartz watch will be of short duration only, and limited to the time it remains within the magnetic field. However, mechanical watches (manual or automatic) are more sensitive to magnetic fields. Watches are designed to withstand magnetic fields encountered in everyday life, but certain strong fields can magnetize steel components of the movement, particularly the balance spring. In certain rare cases, magnetized parts may stick together and cause the watch to run fast or even stop completely. In such cases, please kindly reach out to the Baume's Customer Contact Center.

Chemicals

Avoid direct contact with any solvents, detergents, perfumes or cosmetic products which may damage the bracelet, the case or the joints.
