returns and exchanges


Once you received your Baume watch, even if it is engraved, you can return it within 30 days by contacting the Baume Customer Contact Center to receive your return label via email. Please be aware that returns are applicable for orders including a watch, not for straps only. You may then print out the return label which is provided to you in this email and affix it to your parcel. If you live in a Non-EU country you will receive a separate email with return label and Commercial invoice from our logistic partner to be affixed to your parcel. You will be contacted by our logistic partner on how to return your parcel. Note that once you have requested a return you have 14 days to return the products.

All returns are subject to a quality control once received in our warehouse. Refund will take place only if the quality control is successful. Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, and the original packaging included.


We do not provide exchange of a product, if you wish to change your product, please go through the return process and place a new order.
